While this occurrence is more frequent in cats with lighter fur, it is not uncommon to find Sphynx cats, Turkish Vans, and Turkish Angora cats with mismatched eyes as well. Take for instance the lovely rescue cat named Thor, who is currently enjoying a life of bliss with his loving family, including both two-legged and four-legged members. Rescued by his caring cat mom, Thor’s appearance is truly striking, with his elegant black and white tuxedo coat and an exquisitely fluffy tail. However, what truly sets him apart are his mesmerizing eyes, which effortlessly enrapture anyone who gazes into them. Intrigued by Thor’s uniqueness, I reached out to his cat mom through the Tuxedo Cat Lovers group on Facebook, hoping to showcase this extraordinary feline. Fortunately, she graciously agreed, so without further ado, let’s all meet Thor!
How did Thor become a part of your life?
We actually found Thor through a rescue center and decided to make him a part of our family.
What inspired the name Thor for him?
Given that we already had a cat named Loki, we thought it would be fitting to name Thor as Loki’s sibling due to their shared bond. Additionally, Thor’s distinct feature of having two different colored eyes also played a role in choosing his name.

What’s his character all about?
He’s an absolute sweetheart. He adores cuddling and isn’t afraid to voice his thoughts.
Does he share his home with any other feline or canine companions?
In his cozy abode, he has a feline sister named Loki, along with three doggy siblings – a Puggle, a Chug, and a tiny chihuahua. Moreover, he also has a leopard gecko sibling named Blue.
